Wells with low
bottom hole pressure and smaller mcf/day rates require a light but extremely
durable plunger assembly to make quick trips with light loads with
little fluid cushion. For
this application, we use a titanium alloy piston and ball.
Wells with higher flow rates and larger amounts
of fluid require heavier plungers and balls to allow the plunger assembly
to pass quickly through the rising column of gas and fluid.
With the ability to combine different sizes, weights,
and materials, we can fit our plungers to almost any style or depth of your well.
